Our Glamorgan Landing Estates (GLE) project  consists of  278 unit luxury homes, comprising two residential buildings, with a separate amenity building. The project features professionally designed one, two and three bedroom homes ranging from 610 to 1220 sqft . The amenity facility features a fully equipped gym, and a social room with expansive decks and patios.

Springbank Hill Estates

Our Springbank Hill Estates (SHE) project will be a luxury boutique rental consisting of approximately 150 homes divided between two buildings, on the corner of 19th Ave and 81st Street SW. This project is ideally located just south of Aspen Landing Shopping Centre that features over 175,000 square feet of retail shopping, including SafeWay, Shoppers Drug Mart, banks and restaurants. Our project is directly adjacent to the planned Spring Hill Market development that will feature over 242,000 square feet of retail development.
